'Skalbes' association (reg. No. 40008001451) was founded in 1997 with the goal of strengthening society's psychological wellbeing and mental health. The association provides professional help, support, and information to people who find themselves in crisis situations.

'Skalbes' is a place to find support and understanding, acquire new skills for problem-solving, and organize thoughts and emotions. It operates Latvia's only 24/7 crisis helpline. The association provides individual and group consultations, seminars, and training.

Their mission is to create a more tolerant and open society based on human rights, humanism, and mutual respect.

The association is located at Tērbatas Street 69, Riga.

Every donation is transferred directly to 'Skalbes' association, ensuring support reaches those who need it most. Together, we can strengthen society's wellbeing.
