Product Return and Refund Policy
Our return and refund policy is simple and clear. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Consumer Rights
✓ We offer a 30 day return period!
You can return products within 30 days of receipt.
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia and our enhanced policy, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 30 (thirty) calendar days from receipt of the goods without informing the seller of the reasons.
Important: Withdrawal rights do not apply to orders made according to the customer's individual requirements or clearly customized for the customer.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation Period
You can cancel an order within 30 calendar days from receipt of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract using a clear statement.
Product Condition
Returned products must meet the following conditions:
- Product is in original packaging
- Product is unused or undamaged
- All labels and documents are preserved
- Product has not lost its commercial appearance

To return a product, follow these steps:

Send an email to info@pitaslampas.lv with your order number and reason for withdrawal.
Receive Instructions
We will send you detailed instructions for returning the product and required information.
Send the Product
Send the product back to the specified address within 14 days of notifying withdrawal. Return costs are borne by the buyer unless the product is damaged or does not match the description.
Shipping Costs:
The buyer bears the direct costs of returning the goods. If the product is damaged, does not match the description, or is the wrong product, we will cover the return costs.
Product Exchange
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or model, please contact us. We will help find a suitable solution.
The exchange process is the same as the return process - you must first return the original product, and then you can place a new order.
Refunds
Refund Conditions
You can receive a full refund in the following cases:
- Product is damaged or defective
- You received the wrong product
- Product does not match description
- You exercised withdrawal rights within 14 days
Refund Process
After receiving the returned product, we check its condition and compliance with return conditions.
If the product meets all conditions, we approve the refund and send you a confirmation email.
The refund is processed to the same payment method you used for the order.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we received information about your decision to withdraw from the contract.

Special Cases
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please inform us within 7 days of receipt. We will cover all return costs and provide a full refund or product exchange.
Customized Products
Products made according to customer's individual requirements or clearly customized for the customer are not returnable, except in cases where they are damaged or do not match the description.
