Not necessarily - mixing different styles can create interesting designs. However, we recommend maintaining proportion and material harmony. Natural material shades pair well with wooden or black metal stands. Experiment, but keep visual balance.

Stand heights vary by purpose. Table lamps - 25-45 cm. Bedside lamps - 30-50 cm. Floor lamps - 120-180 cm. When choosing, consider that total lamp height = stand + shade. Ideal table lamp to table height ratio is 1:1.5.

Our standard stands are designed for indoor use. Outdoor use requires special stands with moisture and UV protection. If you want to use natural material lamps on a terrace or veranda, choose a protected location and bring lamps inside during bad weather.

Most shades attach via standard E27 or E14 ring that clips onto the bulb socket. Some larger shades use stand holders or hooks. At purchase, verify shade and stand compatibility, or if additional accessories are needed.
